Support for the Program to Strengthen capacities for research, innovation and technology transfer

The main objective of this Technical Cooperation is to strengthen the institutional capacities of the Vice Ministry of Science and Technology (VCT) of Bolivia to boost its efforts in initiatives related to research, innovation, and technology transfer. The specific objectives are: (i) to support ongoing actions developed by the VCT to invigorate the national Science Technology and Innovation (STI) system; and (ii) to assist in the design of new instruments for linking or articulating actors within the STI ecosystem and to promote strategic science, technology, and innovation actions to foster socio-productive development with environmental sustainability.
