Support for the Preparation and Execution of the National Rainwater Drainage Program in Bolivia

The objective of the TC is to support the preparation and initiation of the implementation of the "Urban Stormwater Drainage Program in Bolivia" (BO-L1236) through technical assistance to the Ministry of Environment and Water (MMAyA) and to prioritized municipalities, for the development of studies and feasibility analyses (technical, economic, financial, institutional, social, and environmental) and the strengthening of capacities and/or establishment of the corresponding executing units. The specific objectives are: (i) to develop and/or update environmental, institutional, social, economic, and technical studies of the projects that will be part of the sample, as well as studies on gender and diversity and climate change; (ii) to prepare all documents related to project planning, such as the Execution Plan (PEP), Annual Operating Plan (POA), Procurement Plan (PA), Risk Matrix (GRP), and Operational Regulations (ROP), among others; and (iii) to support and strengthen the Executing Units of the loan during the preparation and at the beginning of its implementation.
