Support to the Comprehensive Development of Companies Providing Water and Sanitation Services in Bolivia

The objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to support the improvement of the service delivery processes of Water and Sanitation (AyS) by the companies providing drinking water and sanitation (EPSA) in Bolivia, through the "Association of Water Operators" (WOP) model, in terms of service quality and sustainability. The general approach of the WOP model for VEi is to achieve improvements in the management of services with the existing infrastructure, as well as to support the identification, planning, and formulation of necessary and feasible investments to improve the EPSA through a collaborative effort between Dutch experts and local staff.
