The general objective of this project is to strengthen the capacity of the Supervision and social control of forest authority (ABT) to manage forest and land through information management to reduce deforestation and land use change. The specific objectives are: i) to strengthen the ability of ABT to supervise forest use; ii) to improve monitoring tools and early warning systems; and iii) update the legal framework to facilitate forest use by indigenous communities.
