Exchange of Experiences for the Strengthening of the National System of Public Investment
The proposed TC Intra's main goal is to facilitate the sharing of experiences on strategic aspects of Colombia's public investment management system with the Bolivian authorities. The technical issues defined as the focus for the exchange of best practices include: a) organizational and institutional model for the pre-investment stage of the national investment cycle; b) legal and regulatory framework of Colombia's national public investment system; c) integration of Public-Private Partnerships in Colombia's national public investment system; d) sustainable initiatives for financing of pre-investment technical studies; project standardization and innovations on efficient project proposal processing.
