BO-T1243 : Open Government for Citizenship Service

The overall objective of the TC is to contribute to the design and implementation of public policies that promote greater integrity, transparency and better relationship between government and citizens. The specific objectives are: (i) strengthen the capacities of the Ministry of Institutional Transparency and Fight against Corruption (MTILCC) in implementing open government policies, including access to information; (ii) support the analytical and information management capabilities for improved provision of public services; (iii) train and sensitize officials and citizens to promote ethical behavior; and (iv) strengthen policies to combat corruption and asset recovery.
