BO-T1208 : Pre-investment on Child Health and Development Initiative-Emerging Sustainable C

The TC has the objective to produce diagnostics and pre-investment design for the metropolitan area of Cochabamba in these three important areas of social policy, in order to aupport the action plan of ICES in the country. Component 1: Health. Based on the sector diagnostics, this component aims at strengthening the municipal health networks of the metropolitan area and its articulation through the departmental health network, in order to increase its resolution capacity and achieve greater management efficiency. Component 2: Early Childhood Development. This component aims at contributing to an improvement in coverage and quality of early childhood services. Component 3: Youth. This component aims at strengthening the capacity of the metropolitan municipal governments to formulate policies and/or interventions in the field of prevention and treatment of vulnerable youth.
