The objective of this TC is to support the institutional strengthening of the W&S providers (EPSAs) in the Department of Santa Cruz and in the cities of La Paz and El Alto. FEDECAAS has requested the Bank financial resources to develop and implement, an integrated information system to improve management of the services provided by the cooperatives of W&S in the Department of Santa Cruz. Likewise, EPSAS has requested financial resources to implement some priority activities of its institutional strengthening plan in order to guarantee the sustainability of the investments in W&S in the cities of La Paz and El Alto
