Objectives of the project: The overall objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to provide support to the Bolivian government in the process of promoting universal broadband access and service , provided at faster speeds and lower prices. The specific objectives of this Technical Cooperation are: i) To increase awareness among policy makers on the importance of broadband development in Bolivia and the Andean Region. ii) to make a diagnostic of the connectivity gap between supply and demand and design the broadband plan and regulatory framework that will contribute to bridge it.
