This CT supports BO-L1071 program and therefore shares the same purpose. The objective of this TC is to support the final sizing program and facilitate timely start, while maintaining the program's components, providing specific activities that will support each, also considering the establishment and operation of the Management Unit program that will be responsible for the administration and enforcement, as the operational arm of the Ministry of Education jointly FPS.
