¿ Consolidate the institutional education programme (PEI) of the Agricultural High School "Colonia Pirai". ¿ Consolidate the Educational Center at Km 12¿ La Guardia and the Ñemboerenda Agroecológica farm, as an integral self-sufficient and innovative school, boarding school and farm model. ¿ Design and implement a programme of agricultural research for adaptation to climate change. ¿ Strengthen the educational, technical, financial and organizational capacities of the FCP to ensure the sustainability of Agricultural High School "Cologne Pirai".
