The objective of this TC is to support the Registro Civil of the Estado Plurinacional de Bolivia in the implementation of its modernization process, based on a Strategic Plan designed by the Dirección Nacional del Registro Civil and the Corte Nacional Electoral. For this purposes, the IDB will provide technical assistance highly qualified in the following prioritized areas: (i) management model; (ii) economic model for the Registro Civil; (iii) training of human resources for the strenghtening of a registry culture; (iv) integration of databases, communication infrastructure and technology.
