Development of a System for Management by Results in Bolivia
The general objective of the project is to help Bolivia to develop a management by result system. It is necessary to redesign some procedures, methodologies and response mechanisms in order to improve the coordination and integration of the budget administration process and, also, to improve the capacity in the definition, priorization and evaluation of sectorial programs. The specific objectives will be to provide support to the Ministry of Economy in the design and implementation of actions that promote integrity and quality of the budget process; and (ii) to advance towards a management by result systems that are related to the budget.
