Strengthening the Dialogue on the Constituent Assembly Process
The objective of the present Technical Cooperation (consulting services) is to enhance the technical capacity of the Bank Representation in Bolivia to carry out constant coordination, monitoring and follow-up for the country's on-going Constituent Assembly process during the 2005 and the beginning of 2006. This Technical Cooperation will ensure that the Bank's support in this area will be relevant, opportune, efficient and effective.
