Intercultural Model for Workforce Integration of Indigenous Youth in El Alto
The project aims to improve access and working conditions (income, benefits, and/or permanence) of indigenous youth in El Alto, respecting the particularities of their culture. This will be done through the validation and implementation of an intercultural, sustainable, scalable and replicable model to promote the employability and job placement of these youth.
