Implementing the Social Agenda of the National Poverty Elimination Strategy

The purpose of the TC is to advance the social agenda of the BL NPES in health and nutrition, education and effectiveness and efficiency of social spending. The objective is to provide technical support to the GOB to conduct analytical work to carry out policy dialogue and guide policy choices, engage with civil society on social reforms, implement specific measures and perform evaluations consonant with the social policy pillar of the NPES.
