THE PROJECT INVOLVES THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW WELL FIELDS, TRANSMISSION AND DISTRIBUTION LINES, STORAGE TANKS, GENERATORS AND RELATED EQUIPMENT IN THE ISLANDS OF ABACO, EXUMAS AND ELEUTHERA. ACQUISITION AND INSTALLATION OF METERS AND ACQUISTION OF A NEW CUSTOMER INFORMATION SYSTEM. STUDIES INCLUDED ARE: ENVIRONMENTAL STUDY TO DEVISE A STRATEGY TO DEAL WITH GROUND WATER POLLUTION AND REGULATION OF GROUNDWATER ABSTRACTIONS.
