Strengthening Institutional Capacity for the Small Business Development Centre (SBDC)

The general objective of this TC is to strengthen the institutional capacity of the Government of The Bahamas in its efforts to support Micro, Small, and Medium sized Enterprises (MSMEs) through the Small Business Development Centre (SBDC). The specific objectives will be to further enhance the resilience and competitiveness of MSMEs through i) targeted support in business advisory services; ii) research and publication; iii) innovation in fintech and e-commerce; and iv) public awareness initiatives. By leveraging data-driven insights and digital solutions, this initiative will empower MSMEs to navigate evolving market conditions, access financing, and improve operational efficiency.
