Strengthening the Bajan Harvest Hub Cluster: Governance, Digitalization and Climate Resilience

To strengthen the competitiveness, productivity, and climate resilience of the Bajan Harvest Hub Cluster in Barbados by operationalizing a coordinated, market-driven farm-to-tourism model. The operation will deliver institutional and governance strengthening, quality and food safety standards, digitalization via a fit-for-purpose ERP/MIS platform, market development with tourism buyers, and uptake of climate-smart agriculture, thereby increasing domestic value addition, sustainable economic growth, and inclusive livelihoods for women, youth, and cluster members in Barbados.
