Support for the Preparation and Supervision of the Transforming Food Systems for Resilience Program

The objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to support the effective preparation and supervision of the Transforming Food Systems for Resilience Program (BA-L1072) in Barbados. The TC will finance technical studies, diagnostics, action plans, training activities, and specialized consultancies required to define priority investments, prepare loan annexes, and strengthen institutional capacities for results-based monitoring and evaluation. In parallel, the TC will support investment planning and budget prioritization processes and ensure adequate supervisory support during the early stages of loan execution, thereby improving readiness, implementation quality, and development impact of the Program.
