Support to the Health Services Resilience Program in Barbados

The objective of this TC is to support the preparation and approval of the BA-U0003 project which aims to enhance the overall health and well-being of the population of Barbados by strengthening prevention, early detection, and management of non-communicable diseases and mental health through a community-based primary healthcare approach. This program will support the design of a Caribbean Regional Debt Swap Facility and a potential investment loan operation in the health sector, which will be developed with the savings provided by the debt swap.
