Supporting the private sector take advantage of regional and global integration
Support the private sector of Barbados in maximizing the benefits resulting from regional and global integration, to increase the private sector's awareness and understanding of the opportunities and challenges deriving from regional integration and free trade agreements; to promote a shift in export supply towards products that face growing demand in world markets and prepare businesses to take advantage of the Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA); to strengthen the Barbados Private Sector Association; to promote private sector interests which are likely to be affected as a result of international trade negotiations.
