THE PROGRAM OBJECTIVE IS TO SUPPORT THE EXECUTION OF THE JUDICIAL REFORM SYSTEM AS TO CONTRIBUTE TO ESTABLISH AN INDEPENDENT, TRUSTWORTHY, EFFECTIVE, AND ACCESSIBLE JUDICIARY SYSTEM. THE PURPOSE IS TO STRENGTH THE TECHNICAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE CAPABILITIES OF KEY ENTITIES THAT OPERATE IN THE SECTOR.
