Strengthening Co-Responsibilities in Established CCTs: The Role of Design Changes

The objective of the Technical Cooperation (TC) is to develop key knowledge products to: (i) provide rigorous evidence on the impact of changes in the design of Conditional Cash Transfer Programs (CCTPs) in Argentina, and (ii) support the implementation of changes in the automatic verification of co-responsibilities for the Universal Child Allowance (AUH).This TC is expected to result in:(i) a detailed diagnosis of the main challenges faced by AUH beneficiary households in fulfilling co-responsibilities, and(ii) an estimate of the impact of physical, informational, and cognitive barriers on the compliance with and verification of AUH co-responsibilities.The analytical results of this TC are expected to make a significant contribution to the design of CCTPs in both the country and the region.
