This TC aims at supporting the development of a pilot program geared at the social inclusion of young drug addicts. It is expected that the evaluation of the pilot program informs the design of public policy interventions, based on the specific caracteristics of a given locality, for the effective prevention and care of young drug addicts living in urban slums, and the reduction of ilegal activities among youth at risk.
