AR-T1121 : Strengthening the Management by Results in Buenos Aires

The project's objective is to improve public management systems and tax for the purpose of implementing performance management in the government of the Province of Buenos Aires. The specific objectives of this operation are: i) institutional capacity development planning, thus contributing to the development of Spatial Development Plan of the Province ii) develop skills and tools for the formulation and monitoring of programs and projects; iii) develop knowledge and skills for conducting ex - post evaluations of programs and projects, and iv) develop knowledge and skills in managing for results at the provincial government personnel.
