Improve the public governance and fiscal systems to implement the Results Based Management in the Municipality of General Pueyrredón. The specific objectives of this operation are: i) develop institutional planning capacities, ii) improve the link between planning and budgeting; iii) modernize procurement systems and procedures by improving efficiency and strengthening expenditure management, dissemination , transparency and efficiency of public procurement, and iv) develop knowledge and skills in the area of results-based management in the Government's personnel.
