Improve the public governance and fiscal systems to implement the performance results-based management at provincial and municipal levels (city of Paraná). The specific objectives are: (i) develop institutional capabilities for planification at provincial and municipal levels; (ii) improve the relation between planification and budget; (iii) generate capacities for supervision and evaluation of the efective expense; and (iv) develop knowledge and habilities in the area of results-based management in the provincial and municipal governenment.
