AR-T1099 : Support for the Development of Services Sector Exports at the Subnational Level

The objectives of this operation are to improve institutional capacities at sub-national development industry export services through: (i) develop national strategic plans to promote sub-sector, (ii) strengthen the design and industrial parks adequacy regulations for the sector, and (iii) implementation of pilot human capital formation for the service sector export. Through these mechanisms it seeks to achieve the following specific objectives: (i) strengthen the institutional capacities of export promotion and investment sub-national level, (ii) the arrangements and instruments to improve public-private partnerships to generate business for export and investment sub-national level, and (iii) enhance human capital in high value-added segments.
