The objective of this TC is to give technical assistance to the PRN in order to reach the rehabilitation of the RP 1 and to enlarge the SAE port in a context of integral planning of the Atlantic coast of the province, attending each local situation, mainly in territorial planning aspects. These actions will contribute to increase the productivity and competitiveness of the PRN.
