Buenos Aires Sustainable Mobility Plan for Metropolitan Region of Bs. Aires
The specific goals are: (i) to organize a massive public transport program for Buenos Aires that includes policies, regulations, incentives and investment projects; (ii) to obtain preliminary estimetes of the CO2 reduction potential from the proposed sustainable mobility measures and investments; (iii) to propose institutional strengthening, sector regulation, and training measures, so as to set up adequate and sustainable urban mobility management, as well as the sector's GHG emission monitoring.
