Prevention and Erradication of Child Labour in Migrant Families
The project aims at contributing to preventing and eradicating child labor among migrant families, especially favoring those who have to resort to waste recovery and recycling, by means of the improvement in life conditions and adult income; the promotion and strengthening of children's rights both within families and the community; and the regularization of the migrant conditions of participating families. The main expected result is that at least a 70% of the beneficiary children will stop working in activities which, owing to their nature or the conditions in which they are carried out, are dangerous to children's health, security and/or morality.
