The general objective of the CCLIP is to improve the efficiency of public spending through the modernization of the National Public Administration (NPA) and subnational (SNPA) administrations. The general objective of the first individual operation is to enhance the efficiency of public spending in the NPA to meet government objectives. The specific objectives are: (i) to increase effectiveness in the management of the NPA; (ii) to improve efficiency in the management of the NPA; and (iii) to increase transparency in the management of the NPA.
