Digital Transformation Project for the Health System of the Province of Rio Negro

The general objective of the project is to contribute to the reduction of the avoidable burden of disease associated with the priority lines of care defined by the PRN health system. The specific objectives of the project are: (i) to strengthen the institutional capacities of the PRN health system for the systematic recording of structured and integrated clinical information for use in decision-making; and (ii) to improve timely and comprehensive access for the population with CPE within the PRN public health system to cardio-metabolic and oncology care networks.
