Program to support human capital strengthening

The overall objective of the project is to contribute to the accumulation of human capital among children and adolescents living in vulnerable households and to improve the employability of adults facing precarious labor market conditions. The specific objectives are: (i) to increase school enrollment among beneficiaries of the Universal Child Allowance (Asignación Universal por Hijo, AUH) and increase their household income; and (ii) to expand opportunities for individuals with low employability to develop job-related skills.
