The multisector objective of the CCLIP is to contribute to increasing the number of children from 0 to 5 years of age who reach a level of physical, language and communication and socio-emotional skills expected for their age. The second operation of the CCLIP aims to increase the coverage and quality of institutions and public care and education services aimed at promoting the development of physical, language and communication, cognitive and socio-emotional skills of children from 0 to 5 years old .
