Timbues Crushing Project
The proposed project consists of the construction of a crushing plant with an annual capacity of 2.7 million metric tons of soybeans, and related facilities (the "Project") in Timbues, Province of Santa Fe, Argentina. The Project will be constructed and operated by Noble Argentina S.A., (the "Company") established in 2001, which conducts all the agribusiness activities of the Noble Group in Argentina. The loan will be structured as an export-based term loan to the Company, supported by a long-term export contract between the Company and the Noble Group, and by security interests in Project assets.
