Inter-American Development Bank President Luis Alberto Moreno will offer a press conference at 12 noon on Friday, March 9, to present the Bank's Annual Report 2006 at IDB headquarters in Washington, D.C., at 1300 New York Ave. N.W.
The event will be held in the Cecilio Morales Room on the 12th floor. Both the content of the news conference and the Annual Report are embargoed until 1230GMT March 19, the day of the first plenary session of the Annual Meeting of the Bank’s Board of Governors in Guatemala City, Guatemala.
The report details the activities of the IDB during 2006 and provides an overview of economic conditions in Latin America and the Caribbean.
