The President's Award for Service Excellence and Innovation (Pr.A.I.S.E.), returns for a seventh year to honour outstanding public-sector projects in Trinidad and Tobago. This prestigious award is hosted under the esteemed patronage of Her Excellency Christine Kangaloo ORTT, President of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago in collaboration with the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).
This competition encourages ministries, public service departments/divisions, state-owned companies, statutory bodies, municipalities and the Tobago House of Assembly to submit projects.
The applications and awards are available in two categories: service excellence and innovation. Projects in the service excellence category aim to enhance public service quality and exceed customer expectations through innovative solutions such as customer service improvements, process efficiency enhancements, and digital transformation while delivering superior service and incorporating robust feedback mechanisms to benefit the citizens of Trinidad and Tobago. While entities vying for the innovation category focus on new technology implementations, creative problem-solving methods, and process reengineering.

Winners will be announced in December 2024 and will receive prestigious recognition by the Office of President of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago and the IDB in the form of a trophy. The projects and organizations will also benefit local and regional visibility and recognition.
