The Inter-American Development Bank’s Opportunities for the Majority Initiative (OMJ) is holding a two-day event at its headquarters in Washington D.C. that will discuss the development of business models that can have an important impact on alleviating poverty in Latin America and the Caribbean.
On May 30th, the IDB is holding the fourth edition of the Strategic Partners Dialogue. This year’s Dialogue will discuss which policy interventions can unlock new market-based solutions to poverty challenges in broadband and housing. On May 31st, the Bank is holding a workshop that will showcase how to scale up business models that provide goods and services to the base of the pyramidin the region.
