Civil Society Team

Dr. Tatiana Schor currently serves as Chief of the Civil Society Group at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) in Washington, D.C., where she leads the IDB Group's engagement with civil society across Latin America and the Caribbean.

Dr. Schor is a tenured Associate Professor in the Department of Geography at the Federal University of Amazonas (UFAM), Brazil, where her research focuses on natural resource market structures and urbanization in the Amazon region. Her previous positions include Executive Secretary of the Secretariat of Science, Technology and Innovation (SECTI) of the State of Amazonas, Coordinator of the Amazonas State Center for Conservation Units, and Deputy Secretary of State for Rural Production Planning. Dr. Schor holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Sciences, a Master's degree in Human Geography, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of São Paulo.
 

Macarena Fenoglio is an Operations Specialist in the Civil Society Group. She supports the implementation of the Bank's civil society engagement agenda by coordinating strategic initiatives, stakeholder dialogue, and institutional partnerships across Latin America and the Caribbean. Prior to joining CSG, she held roles in the Office of the Executive Vice President, the Climate Change and Sustainable Development Sector, and the Amazon Coordination Unit, where she led high-level operational coordination and multi-stakeholder initiatives. Macarena holds an Executive MBA from the University of Barcelona and brings extensive experience in strategic coordination, stakeholder engagement, and institutional operations.

Mariana Pereira de Almeida Cohen is a consultant at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), where she supports the institution’s Civil Society Engagement agenda, fostering collaboration among civil society organizations and development partners across Latin America and the Caribbean. With a background in biology and experience in sustainability, project management, and stakeholder engagement, she has worked extensively in the Amazon region leading initiatives that promote inclusive dialogue and sustainable development.

Juan Diego Corredor Gómez is a Consultant in the Civil Society Group at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), where he leads initiatives to strengthen the Bank's engagement with civil society across Latin America and the Caribbean through dialogues, public consultations, and other engagement mechanisms.

Juan Diego holds a Law degree from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá and an Executive Master in Digital Business from ESADE Business School. He is a professional in strategy, innovation, and public policy with more than ten years of experience leading institutional transformation initiatives, engaging with strategic stakeholders, and coordinating regional programs across multilateral organizations, the public sector, and the private sector.
