Exchange of Experiences with Countries in the Region to Strengthen Institutional Capacities in the Management of APP Contracts
The objective of this technical cooperation is to support the PPP Contracts Evaluation and Monitoring Unit of the OPP and the Public-Private Participation Unit (PPP) of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) in the exchange of experiences with other countries of the region to exchange lessons learned and good practices in the management of PPP contracts. This objective will be achieved through the exchange of experiences, theoretical and methodological approaches necessary for the greater effectiveness of public policies in these areas. For this purpose, the visit of technicians from the PPP unit of OPP and MEF to countries in the region that have gone through similar experiences is proposed, so that work meetings can be held with the technicians of the respective PPP units. The project will finance travel and per diem costs for the technicians.
