Training for Youth At Risk

Complementary to a recently approved MIF-supported operation which seeks to enhance the quality of training and job placement services of the "Capacitacao Solidaria" Program, this TC would help to maximize the Program's social impact by: i) improving the poverty targetting mechanisms in order to reach the neediest youth; ii) introducing a range of services aimed at addressing social risk factors of Program beneficiaries and their families; and iii) introducing and testing the above-mentioned improvements while responding to the unmet demand for training services in the Northeast.
