Social Expenditure Review
The main objective of this operation will be the preparation of studies regarding social expenditure en Guatemala. The studies will yield proposals for improving eficiency and transparency of social expenditures, mainly as an instrument for the reduction of poverty. These studies will be the base -in the area of social expenditure- for the Policy Dialogue Paper that will be discussed with the new authorities after the elections.
