Ethics Program in Public Administration

The general objective of the project would be to contribute to improve the level of trust in public institutions through the introduction of ethics in public administration. The specific objective of the project would be to develop abilities in: (i) public employees to adopt an ethical conduct conducive to improve their integrity and the efficiency and effectiveness of the public entities; and (ii) civil society so that it can be an effective counterpart in the processes of change of the entities.
