The objective of this technical cooperation (TC) is to provide technical assistence to the Provincial government of Trujillo to develop the institutional, technical, regulatory, operational, and ecnomic studies required to prepare a short-term (3 year) mass transit urban project, as well as to strengthen their institutional, and financial capacity to properly execute the project.
