Modernization and Institutional Strengthening of Securities Exchange Commission
The objective of the proposed project is to improve the performance and functioning of the securities exchange commission in Brazil through streamlining and developing regulatory frameworks; designing data management information systems; and training brokers and other agents in security exchange practices.The project will encompass three primary components:Regulatory framework design Data base and information management development; and Training and certification programs for brokers and securities exchange commission personnel.
