The pricipal objective of the project is to increase public awareness and foster improved environmental practices in the Parish of St. Elizabeth through direct community participation, involvement of NGOs and the local Parish Council. The overall purpose of the project is to develop a broader framework for the sustainable management of natural resources while delivering a number of social and community benefits.
