Obstacles to Sme Development
The general objective of the assessment is to contribute to the enhancement of the competitiveness of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Chile. This objective will be accomplished through: (i) identification of the obstacles to the creation and growth of SMEs; (ii) development of proposals for institutional, regulatory, and policy reforms to remove these constraints; and (iii) identification of investment strategies and programs to improve the competitiveness of SMEs.
