The general objective of the proposed project is to improve the business performance and competitiveness of Guatemalan SMEs in the construction sector through the implementation of quality management systems. The purpose of this initiative is to facilitate the use and implementation of quality management systems through the promotion of both the demand and supply of related services.This project encompasses three components: (i) raising Awareness of SMEs; (ii) training in quality management systems; and (iii) implementation of quality management systems in SMEs
